To ensure that I can provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service booked. If you’re running late, please reach out. Appointments may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if you’re more than 15 minutes late. Life happens—we all understand that!
